What this is

Every page here is built from permit records published by the issuing office. Each figure carries its permit number, linked to that office's record, so a number can be checked. A house's own record is public and shown in full on its own page; a neighbour's work appears only as a count and a range, never as a price at an address.

Declared value is the value written on the permit application, which is the basis for the permit fee. It is usually below the price the homeowner paid. Pages say so wherever a range appears.

Street and house pages show home-service permits: roofing, heating and cooling, solar, electrical, plumbing and water heaters. New construction, additions and commercial work stay in the record and are not published.

There is no form, no listing to buy, and no contractor on any page who did not file the permit.
